Wellness Wings - Biography

Kirsti is a fully qualified HypnoBirthing Antenatal Teacher, Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist. She is one of the few people to have attended and passed the Janet Balaskas Teaching Active Birth Course and Assessment. She has proudly had the honour of attending Michel Odent's Doula Course. She is a member of Fedant (Federation of Ante-natal Educators and an associate member of Royal College of Midwives).

As well as the many qualifications she holds in massage and yoga she has attended numerous workshops and ashrams over the years to develop her skills in stress relief, relaxation, meditation and wellness. She obtained her Reiki One in 1999 and over the years has participated in naturopathic, nutrition, councilling, psychic and healing workshops and courses. She is particularly interested in women's rights in birth, achieving a natural birth through education and empowerment, stress relief, emotional wellbeing and optimum health for mind, body and soul.

Kirsti's training comes from as far and wide as China, Thailand and India to Europe, especially United Kingdom, United States and Canada. She has trained with exceptional teachers and pioneers in their field. She continues to be dedicated to learning and sharing her skills and knowledge on The French Riviera.
